Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery. Unfortunately we do not provide refunds. Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange and ship your replacement item as soon as possible.
The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or damaged.
Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your package is delivered to us.
